I've seen some artist feeling unsatisfied or having their mental health deprived when they continue to work more on 'NSFW' than 'SFW'. You can still work on 'NSFW' for sake of reference work or study. This is your decision here on Newgrounds, they don't segregate unlike Tumblr or Patreon.

do what's right by you. I think it's good to have separate stuff for certain art since you have a half and half audience. but then again people can just not look at it by turning on the filters. ether way, you still have cool stuff both SFW and NSFW.

Newgrounds isn't the kind of site where separating your work matters. If someone doesn't want to see porn they can turn it off, and drawing porn doesn't ruin 'discoverability'. I say merge.
